Akers Biosciences Executive Chairman Ray Akers, a 1976 Gloucester Catholic graduate, has plenty of reasons to be optimistic these days. His company, Akers Biosciences Inc., a West Deptford Township manufacturer of disposable breath alcohol detectors, has become the first U.S. company to be approved to sell breathalyzers in France.
