Scholarship offered exclusively to residents of Camden County, the Camden County Promise Scholarship provides first-year students with $2,000 in tuition assistance per year at Widener. As a proud part of the Greater Philadelphia region for more than 200 years, Widener offers this scholarship to ensure a personal, supportive educational experience is within reach for area students. The scholarship is part of a generous financial aid offer that allows us to do just that. All students who complete the FAFSA are automatically considered for financial aid (school code: 003313). Undergraduate academic scholarships start at $100,000 over four years. The Promise Scholarship supplements this generous aid. $50+ million in scholarships and grants is available each year. We believe that students should feel empowered to pursue their passions and unlock their potential—without cost as a barrier.
