SUMMER AT RAMAPO COLLEGE
Summer at Ramapo is anything but quiet. The campus is active with students taking classes during our various Summer Sessions, incoming first year students are completing Placement Testing in preparation for New Student Orientation in June and July, getting ready to welcome over 140 new EOF Scholars to campus for the EOF Pre-First Year Summer Program, as well as over 40 high school students from Paterson, NJ for our Upward Bound Math Science Summer Program. We are also preparing to host our Summer Concert Series in July, Summer Campus Tours (beginning on June 23) as well as our popular Summer Group Tours in July and August. INITIATIVE ADDRESSES DEMAND
Ramapo is stepping up to address the global shortage of cybersecurity professionals with the launch of our B.S. in Cybersecurity degree. The curriculum extends beyond the basics of coding and firewalls, emphasizing cybersecurity’s human and technical aspects, ensuring graduates are prepared to navigate the challenges of the digital world. The program incorporates elements from criminal justice, business and psychology, while preparing students for industry-recognized certifications CISSP and CISM. Read more…
SUMMER CLASSES AT RCNJ
In addition to our summer tours, students can also get a jump start to college by registering for a summer class at Ramapo. Students can take summer courses at Ramapo and earn college credit at a discounted rate. Online and in-person options are available for our Summer Session II session. FINALLY CELEBRATED
More than 1,160 newly-minted Ramapo College graduates accepted their undergraduate degrees this spring during a vibrant commencement ceremony at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ, where speakers stressed the value of being bold, being kind and being good teammates. After missing major milestones like prom and graduation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the spirited, emotional ceremony marked the culmination of years of hard work. Read more.
SUMMER CONCERT SERIES
Ramapo College is excited to announce that the 2025 TD Bank Summer Concert Series is set to kick off. Concerts are hosted on Thursday evenings rain or shine. In case of inclement weather, shows will be held indoors in the Bradley Arena. Concertgoers are able to bring their lawn chairs and blankets to this free concert under the stars on one of America’s top 50 most beautiful campuses. Parking is $5 per car.
