We are excited to share that Aspire Youth Development, in partnership with the Associated Builders and Contractors of New Jersey, is now accepting applications for the Winter 2027 cohort of the Training & Apprenticeships for Careers in Construction (TACC)-EMPOWER Program!
TACC-EMPOWER is designed to support women and minorities interested in exploring and pursuing careers in the construction industry. Through hands-on training, industry-recognized certifications, career readiness support and connections to Registered Apprenticeships and employment opportunities, the program helps participants build a foundation for success in the skilled trades.
