For seniors heading straight into the workforce, Wedgewood Pharmacy offers something rare: a full-time job with real benefits, hands-on training from day one, and a career path that actually goes somewhere.
We’re the largest compounding pharmacy in the U.S. focused exclusively on animal health. We make individualized medications, custom doses and forms that don’t exist commercially, for animals whose lives depend on getting it right.
Every year, our team helps more than a million pets and animals get the care they need. It’s the kind of work people stay for and continue doing.
And they do stay. Many of our current supervisors, quality leads, and operations managers started in the same entry-level roles we’re hiring for today. We promote from within, and we build people up to get there.
We’re currently hiring for four roles at our Swedesboro location:
No experience needed. We train everyone from the start.
For students who want to keep learning, we also offer up to $3,000 per year in education reimbursement, so work and school don’t have to be an either/or.
What we look for:
- Dependable and reliable — this matters more than anything else
- Comfortable on their feet for most of the day
- Detail-oriented and able to follow precise processes
