Scholarship Opportunity – Wilt Chamberlain Memorial Fund

Applications for this year’s Wilt Chamberlain Memorial Fund scholarship, a last-dollar scholarship program that provides financial assistance to current high school seniors with financial need looking to further their education in the fall at a four-year university, two-year associate program, or trade school, are now being accepted. In addition to financial assistance, scholarship recipients also participate in professional development opportunities to network with industry leaders and prepare for life after graduation. 

Applications for the scholarship are currently being accepted until April 22, 2025.

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Plan to graduate from high school at the end of the 2024-25 academic year
  • Intend to enroll in an accredited post-secondary institution beginning fall 2025
  • Earn a cumulative unweighted GPA of 2.5 or above
  • Demonstrate significant unmet financial need
  • Family income must be $50,000 or less
  • Must reside in the Greater Philadelphia Area:
    • Philadelphia County, PA
    • Bucks County, PA
    • Delaware County, PA
    • Montgomery County, PA
    • Burlington County, NJ
    • Camden County, NJ
    • Gloucester County, NJ
