Thank you for your interest in Gloucester Catholic High School!
Our goal is to make the Admissions process as smooth and easy as possible.

Most of the information you’ll need regarding the admissions process is contained on this website. Checklist and Guidelines for Admission

1. Complete GCHS application and return via email or mail. Applications can be mailed to Gloucester Catholic High School: Attention Admissions 333 Ridgeway St. Gloucester City, NJ 08030, and emailed as a PDF file to rmurphy@gchsrams.org
2. Request that your records be sent to Gloucester Catholic High School.
3. Students are encouraged to visit. Become a Ram for a day!  (Please see the information below)
4. Register for the Scholarship Placement Exam. (8th graders). Must register by emailing the Guidance Department at guidance@gchsrams.org
5. January 2023: The GCHS Admissions Team awards acceptances to qualified applicants and these students and their elementary principals are notified by mail.
6. February 2023: Notify Gloucester Catholic of your intention to enroll!
7. Welcome to the Gloucester Catholic Family!

Registration Day is Saturday, February 25, 2023, 9:00 a.m. to Noon.

Become a Ram for a Day!

Interested in Becoming a Ram for a day? Come visit GC to experience a first class academic and family atmosphere! These days are available to students starting in October. If you would like additional information or to set up a date, contact Mr. Ryan Murphy at rmurphy@gchsrams.org.

Steps for “Ram For A Day” Registration

  1. Contact Ryan Murphy, Director of Admissions, to schedule a visit for your son or daughter at rmurphy@gchsrams.org or 856-456-4400 ext. 228.
  2. Fill out the “Ram For A Day Registration Form”, found here. Submit a completed form prior to visit via Fax: 856-456-3599

Mail: Gloucester Catholic High School, 333 Ridgeway Street, Gloucester City NJ 08030

  1. Parent/guardian and student will meet with an admissions staff member at the Admissions Office in Saint Mary’s Hall at 7:45 AM on the day of the visit for a brief introduction and to answer any questions before the shadow day begins.
  2. Student will receive a lunch pass for the day. Student will be paired up with a 9th or 10th grade student (7th or 8th grade student for Junior High Shadow) with similar interests and spend the entire school day with him or her.
  3. An admissions staff member will meet with your student at the conclusion of their visit to discuss his or her day.
  4. Pick up is at 2:15 PM in the Saint Mary’s entrance.

Tuition and Costs

Senior High School Tuition (Current academic year):
The tuition rates for the 2022-23 school year are as follows:
1st Child – Underclassman…………………………                      $ 10,800.00
Each additional Child – Underclassman…….……                       $  9,850.00
1st Child – Senior……………………………….……                   $ 11,075.00**
Each additional Child – Senior…………………….                     $ 10,125.00**

**Graduation Fee Included (Grade 12) – $275.00 (non-refundable)

Fees for Senior High Students:
Registration Fee
 – $275.00 (non-refundable)
Due: Incoming Students: February 26, 2023 for the 2023-24 school year payable to Gloucester Catholic
Current Students: March 23, 2023 for the 2023-24 school year payable to Gloucester Catholic

Lab/Course Fees/AP Fees – (non-refundable)
Due: August 2023, payable to Gloucester Catholic, send to Guidance Dept.

School/Tech Fee – $200.00 (non-refundable)
Due: Payable through FACTS (It will spread out over your selected payment plan)

Transportation Fee

If Gloucester Catholic will be providing your   transportation for the upcoming school year, your transportation fee will be added to your tuition payment in FACTS and spread out over your selected payment plan. If you do not want it collected through FACTS you can pay Gloucester Catholic directly in full prior to the start of your payment plan. Questions regarding transportation can be directed to Mr. Ian Chrzanowski at ichrzanowski@gchsrams.org.

Junior High School Tuition (2022-2023 academic year):
The tuition rates for the 2022-23 school year are as follows:
