Thank you for your interest in Gloucester Catholic High School!

Our goal is to make the Admissions process as smooth and easy as possible.

Most of the information you’ll need regarding the admissions process is contained on this website. If, however, we have left any of your questions unanswered, please don’t hesitate to call our Director of Admissions, Tony Powers (609-634-3381). He’ll be glad to discuss the process with you.


The Application Process

Diocesan Elementary School Students

December 2012: Applications and educational records are sent by elementary schools to Gloucester Catholic for review.
December 1 and 15: GCHS administers Scholarship/Placement Test. Register by November 27 by emailing the Guidance Department at guidance@gchsrams.org

January 2013: The GCHS Admissions Team awards acceptance to qualified applicants and these students and their elementary principals are notified by mail.
February 2013: Members of  the Class of 2017 notify GCHS of their intention to enroll.
February 23, 2013: Registration for the GCHS Class of 2017.


Public and Private School Students

Interested students request an application by contacting the GCHS Guidance Office at 856-456-4400, extension 220. Applications are also available online. Contact your school’s guidance office and request that transcripts covering fifth through eighth grade, standardized test scores and required recommendations are forwarded to Gloucester Catholic.

February 23, 2013: Registration for the GCHS Class of 2017.


Tuition and Costs

Senior High School Tuition (2013-2014 academic year):

FACTS tuition payment withdrawals begin August 5 or 20, and end May 5 or 20.

Full payment of tuition is payable to FACTS by August 5 or 20 (family may deduct 1% from tuition).

 

Tuition:

  • First Child – $8125.00
  • Senior — $8,325 (includes graduation fee)

 

  • Second Child (and each thereafter) – $7275.00

 

Other fees:

  • Registration Fee: Non-Refundable – $175.00 (Due February 23, 2013)

 

Junor High School Tuition (2013-2014 academic year):

FACTS tuition payment withdrawals begin August 5 or 20, and end May 5 or 20.

Full payment of tuition is payable to FACTS by August 5 or 20.

Tuition:

  • First Child – $4450 ($3950 if older sibling attends GC Senior High School)
    • $4,600 8th grade, includes graduation fee
    • $4,100 8th grade if older sibling attends GC, includes graduation fee

 

  • Second Child (and each thereafter) – $3650.00

Other fees:

  • Registration Fee: Non-Refunable –  $100.00 (Due February 23, 2013)

 

Registration for the 2013-2014 academic year took place on Saturday, February 23, 2013 for incoming freshmen and in March for upperclassmen.


Financial Assistance

  • Tuition assistance applications are now available by logging on to smarttuitionaid.com. We encourage you to complete the application online. Gloucester Catholic’s ID number is 11114.
  • Deadline for completing the application for the 2013-2014 school year will be on December 30, 2012. You will use your 2011 tax return and any updated information you have such as payroll stubs. As before, you may include supplemental information if your familly’s circumstances have changed.
  • Gloucester Catholic will notify you of your tuition assistance award by mid-February.
