Gloucester Catholic 16th Annual Basket Auction 2022

Parents, Staff, Alumni and Friends of Gloucester Catholic:

We are so excited to start planning the 16th Annual Maroon & Gold Basket Auction on   April 7th, 2022. This fundraiser solely benefits the students of Gloucester Catholic. We need your help and no gift/contribution is too small. We have set up and easy sign-up with a variety of options. Once you decide on your donation, you can email it ot the address below or send it in with your child. c/o Basket Auction Donation. We will notify you once we have received it. We are asking for all donations to be in by the end of January.

Mask Update

MASK INFORMATION

Starting Monday, 11/15, students arriving at school without a mask must enter through the Main door of the St. Mary’s Building. Students are not allowed to walk through the building without a mask.  The Front Desk staff will give them a mask but will be charging a .50 cent fee for each mask.  At this time, if something happens to the student’s mask during the day, they can receive a mask from the front desk without charge. Please make sure your child comes to school with a mask as they need it to enter the building and also one extra. The 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR PLAN that was sent to all families on August 27, 2021 contains mask requirement information on pages 5 and 6. 

Mass Cards for School Chapel

If anyone would like to have a Mass for anyone who is or has been associated with GC either as Alum, current family, staff member, etc., please contact Valerie Castagna in the Principal’s Office.  Masses are held in the GC Chapel.  Announced Mass Cards  (date specified) are $10. Unannounced Mass Cards (no specific date given) are $5.00 and Mass Cards for Special Intentions are $10. Recipient’s family and person requesting the Mass are invited to attend the Chapel service for Announced Masses.  Cards can be paid for and picked up in person or by mail. JUNIOR RING MASS 11/5/21

Friday 11/5 the Junior class will be celebrating mass, and class rings will be blessed and distributed at that time. Please arrive at St Mary’s Church Gloucester City by 8:45 AM. We will be arriving as soon as possible.

If your son or daughter purchased a ring from Student Services, I will have their rings at the mass.

If a ring was purchased from another vendor, please send the ring into school with the ring clearly marked with your child’s name on the box or envelope and send it to my attention Maureen Morgan. Any student is welcome to drop the ring to me in room 205. Please do so by Tuesday 11/2/2021.
