How did Gloucester Catholic help you prepare for success beyond high school?
Gloucester Catholic helped me realize that I was the most important factor determining my success. I can be my own biggest supporter and motivator in order to get where I want to be in life.
What advice would you give to current GCHS students?
Be kind to yourself. You can either be your biggest obstacle or your biggest supporter. Give yourself room to make mistakes and learn from them.
Was there a particular faculty/staff member who had an impact on you?
Doc Simmons – He is the reason I thought becoming a doctor one day was even a possibility!
In the Catholic Church, the month of November has traditionally been dedicated to pray for the dead. The book of Maccabees reminds us that “it is a holy and wholesome thought to pray for the dead.”
As One Gloucester Catholic Family we would like to remember all of our beloved dead in our school prayers and Masses during the month of November. The names of your loved ones will be placed on the altar as a remembrance.
We invite you to send any names you would like to be included in the same Masses, prayers and devotions during November. Please send your intentions to rorain@gchsrams.org to be included in our remembrance.
Thank you and God bless,
